Shooting Under Pressure: 25-Minute Drill
Scoring in a match often requires quick decisions and execution. Begin with 10 minutes of one-touch shooting: have a partner pass the ball to you while you aim for specific areas of the net with your first touch. Then, spend 10 minutes practicing shots with defenders closing you down—have your partner act as a defender, forcing you to make quick movements and decisions. Finish with 5 minutes of rebound drills: shoot the ball at the keeper or wall, then quickly react to the rebound and take another shot. The goal is to maintain composure and accuracy under pressure.
