Shooting Like a Pro: 50 Shots Per Day

Scoring goals requires both power and accuracy. Begin your shooting practice by setting up a target in the net, such as cones or small markers, and aim to hit them in 3 sets of 10 shots from the penalty area. Focus on using the instep of your foot to generate power, and aim for the corners of the goal. For variety, practice from different angles around the box and increase the distance to 20 meters as you improve. Incorporate one-touch shots by having a partner pass the ball to you before shooting. End each session with 10 free kicks, focusing on curving the ball around a wall or into the top corner. Analyze your results and aim for at least 70% accuracy. Repeating this drill daily will significantly enhance your finishing skills.
