Passing Precision: 100 Touches Per Session
Accurate passing is essential for creating scoring opportunities and maintaining possession. Start with 3 sets of 50 short passes with a partner or a wall, standing 5-10 meters apart. Use the inside of your foot for precise passes and aim to keep the ball rolling along the ground. Once you’re comfortable, move to medium-range passes, increasing the distance to 15-20 meters. Add a challenge by incorporating one-touch passing drills—set a goal to complete 20 consecutive one-touch passes without losing control. For advanced players, practice passing while jogging to simulate game-like situations. Track your progress by counting successful passes, aiming to reach 90% accuracy or higher. Consistent practice will refine your passing ability and improve your teamwork on the field.
